I don't like the strapless dress that she wore recently in London. But, I do like this new black and white one. The design is very unusual, but Alex is petite enough to pull it off. I wonder if this is a recent design or something vintage. I agree with someone who mentioned that it had an eighties look to it, even early nineties, IMO.
