Good pickup - I also think that is Katie Holmes body. I remember seeing this shot in a magazine, it's not exactly the same photo but i'm 100% sure it comes from the same series of photos.

2- The hair: if you look close, Char's got jet black hair and her hair is pulled back and slick, while the model hair is chestnut with blond highlights and wavy
3- The body: Char is petite. I've never seen a pic of her with such long limbs.
