All is well in the Queen's world. Its horse show time and soon will be the Ascot races. She has her family around her and seems to really be enjoying life to the fullest. Its not surprising at all...

If I'm not mistaken, Penny is related to Philip as her mother was 1st cousin to the Duke. Its also been noted I believe that Philip and Penny are pretty close and they both enjoy carriage driving...
