NAIROBI, KENYA: Prince Mired bin Raed of Jordan speaks during the Landmine Survivors summit 28 November 2004 in Nairobi. For the first time since it entered into force five years ago, the international treaty to ban antipersonnel landmines comes up for review here on Sunday, but no official US delegates will be present among the hundreds of diplomats, campaigners and mine survivors.
