Very nice picture jun5! Two very elegant ladies but each in their own way.

Were the Danish royals visiting the Emperor and Emperess or was it the other way around?

The Queen visited Japan in 1981. At that time, The Emperor was The late Emperor Hirohito. After becoming Emperor Akihito, The Queen is not visiting Japan, and other Danish royals too. Maybee...

Emperor and Empress visited in Denmark in 1998. They enjoyed the cruise etc. with Danish royals.

Crown Prince Frederik visited Japan in 1997 or 1998. and He visited japan last year for watching the World Cup games.

Sorry, Alexandria ! The Queen and Prince Henrik participated in the Emperor Akihito's coronation ceremony in 1990.

jun5, English is not everybody's first language here. We are happy for any effort and attempt that is made. And you express yourself wonderfully. I don't have a problem understanding you at all - espescially when you post great pictures.

Queen Margrethe and Prince Henrik looked great and fabulous in their official portrait. The picture in which the Queen was wearing a green shade of gown.

I really adore her because she is such a natural person.
