Good observation -- although a rather unfortunate and sick one to have to make.

Didn't Vittoria have a pacifier or a rattle or something that they could've given her to chew on instead?

Smoking is a filthy habit but whatever Emmanuel and Clotilde choose to do with their own bodies is one thing; but to allow their baby daughter a pack of smokes on as a "toy" is sick.

Umm...I don't think Clotilde is even pretty...The baby is incredibly cute though, but she needs a pacifier!

awww, Vittoria is adorable! She has the prettiest eyes. How old is she now? I can't remember. Close to a year is she not?

I think I have said this before, but I don't really think that normally Clothilde is the most attractive person, but she looks really nice here. Shorter hair seems to flatter her.

Must admit that she looks much better now.

Well, I agree they wouldn't be a great sovereign couple, but I always liked a lot, and I was very disappointed when I heard she was going to marry Emmanuele-Filiberto. I'm not sure he's so bad as people are saying, but I can't understand how they can be in love although they come from very different background.

Well anyway I think that these two will get a divorce cuz he does not look happy. I hope he finds someone beatufil and who does not look like 50 year old (nothing wrong w/ 50 yr olds, but a woman her age should nto look old). Ok.

does clothilde have the title of princess?

Yes. She is HRH The Princess of Venice and Piedmont, but she uses her name professionally instead of the title.

:eek: Clotilde is such an attractive lady but that dress! Very unflattering for her IMHO.

Overall, I thought the dress was alright, a bit too much frills, but I've personally seen worse from Clothilde. The length and cut is nice, the color as well, I liked the black belt detail. I probably wouldn't have the whole dress so frilly, either just the top half or the bottom one. (probably the bottom half would have been more ideal and would have allowed us to see more of the intricate detail of the dress)

Wow, so marrying an exiled Prince would be the perfect husband for an actress, she can still keep acting as well as have a ryoal title! Great!

The thing about Clotilde that is so frustrating is that she's very attractive, but she dresses on occasion to seem to want to make herself look as unattractive as possible.:eek: But that recent outfit is an improvement IMHO.;)

I love the casual outfit. I have to admit that it's not very royal looking but very hip!! Her tastes are getting better.

Oh, no! She was full term. Her mother was six months pregnant with her when they married; that's why it was a bit scandalous.

I don't know about her title, though. I thought that she was a HRH. I could be wrong; I'll go research that.

I saw an interview with prince Filiberto last week on TV5. He seems nice and quite articulate, more at ease than Albert II.

I'm glad to see them so happy, a lot of us had doubts about the longevity of this relationship. Thank you for the new photos.

Beautiful little baby girl. The pictures in post #82 are great. Love when she laughs throwing water at her mother with her dad.

This relationship has lasted longer than I ever supposed it would. Perhaps they do love each other. Princess Vittoria is quite beautiful and will be a heartbreaker when she gets older!!

I guess it depends where your tattoo is. It would not be nice to see a crown princess having one on her breast as it would ruin the regal gala look. But if she has one on the thigh - as Clotilde - then it's ok as long as we don't see the tattoo when she's wearing a gala dress but then we could probably blame the tackiness of the dress for showing so much skin.

Prince E. Filiberto has had tattoos for years, just like Amedeo d' Aosta- yes, they do love each other, I have no doubts as I watched lots of interviews from E. Filiberto, and he was cleraly so much in love with Clotilde, whom is very sweet and so charming in her interviews, so unlike Marina, her mom -in-law, who's a snubbish Lady, - she learnt Italian in a few months just to please her hubby and Italian ppl, I do admire her, when she is shooting a movie, her daughter is on the set with her, always. PS- what's a Royal No- No ?

who says Vittoria is not a HRH Princess di Savoia ? our law, well, at least til Monarchy was in Italy , did state that a baby born from a Royal Prince was a Princess or a Royal Prince ,too- anyway, I am sure P. V. Emanuele, the Head of the Family, gave her the title , when she was christened, just like K. Umberto II did with E. Filiberto on his christening day. PS- E. Filiberto has an official website, just check it.

when they first got married, i thought the reason was because of the baby, but seeing these pictures and many more of them, i realised that it was probably because of real love...

I think shes pregnant. Something in me is telling me. I think they will announc it by the end of the year or begining of the new year. Something in me tells me she is pregnant.

I don't know. These pics are a few months old. But it would be very nic if Clotilde was pregnant.

They make a darling couple. I admit I had my doubts that Emanuelle could settle down and be a daddy but he's proved me wrong so far. Lovely pictures.

but the photo was taken on july'05, and when we all saw her last week in monaco, she looked flat as ever...

it would be great if she's pregnant with 2nd child though... little Vittoria perhaps need little sibling to play with..
