Minor royals attending royal events?

Do minor royals attend royal events as much as major royals? Are they seen in balcony ? Or 1st in the line and his/her family are seen as royal family?
for example, Does Princess Marta Louise and her children attend Norwegian National Day? What about other royal families?
I know minors attend weddings.

One example would be The trooping of the colour, and Royal Ascot we see almost all the royal family on the balcony, titled or not and Royal Ascot sees the immediate royal family on almost every day.

The Monaco " minor royals" regularly appear at events such as the circus festival and rose ball . Since his accession, and indeed since his marriage Albert seems keen in involving his nieces and nephews - which I love!

Yes, princess Märtha Louise and her family were on the balcony too, as well as princess Astrid, her aunt who is living in Norway. Here are some photos of Märtha Louise and family: Prinsessan Märtha Louises dotter har fått hårproblem | Svensk Damtidning

As for the Swedish royal family, it's just princess Christina and her husband that attend some royal functions, the rest of the sisters and their families seems to want to stay away.
