Greetings & Salutations

Greetings.

I stumbled upon these forums whilst doing some research on my families history.

According to family history I am descended from Count Von Bacho of Hungary. I know very little of that part of my family and am eager to learn more.

The title comes from my Grandfather on my Mother's side. His name was Paul S. Von Bacho I, son of Walter Von Bacho. My Uncle has one son, but will not have any heirs from him. I have kids of my own who can carry on my name, and are interested in their heritage.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Many Thanks!

I surely hope so! Any information on the surviving royalty of Hungary would be most appreciated and helpful!

Also, any information on Royal devices pertaining to my families nobility would also be appreciated as well.

Many Thanks

Is it possible that in Hungary the familyname was spelled differently or an alias was used? Or that the family might have come from the austrian part of the empire?

I'm sure there are records in Hungary, in an Institute of nobility or something. It's a matter of looking.
