I made a suggestion a few weeks back to our "fun commitee" at work to have a green eggs and ham breakfast today...it was vetoed. :sad:

Happy St. Patrick's Day to all who celebrate!

My students got to celebrate by making green pancakes (apparently my cooperating teacher does it with her kids each year), and then I had a chance to show them clips of Irish dancing, and tell them about Grace O'Malley, the Irish pirate who met Queen Elizabeth I. They were over the moon.
