The Alternative History wikia lists Wilhelm II's eldest son as Wilhelm III, German Emperor and King of Prussia from June 4, 1941 to July 20, 1951.
Would not Wilhelm III have been his title if only he had a coronation?

Well, it's an Alternative History wikia, not an actual history one. From a royalist perspective, if there was a restoration under some future Wilhelm they'd likely count all the pretenders between Wilhelm II and whoever is restored to the throne as having counted, as tends to happen.

Consider the Napoleons; only two technically reigned, Napoleon I and Napoleon III; the second is so numbered in recognition of I's son who died after his father's death and before his cousin's reign. This numbering has continued, and so the current pretenders are numbered as Napoleon VII and Napoleon VIII.
