A new thread for the Ruling Family of the Emirate of Fujairah Ruler: HH Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi (b 25/5/1948) succeeded his father the late Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad in 1974 married Sheikha Fatima bint Thani Al Maktoum of the Ruling Family of Dubai. He has six children, three sons and three daughters. sons: Crown Prince: HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi (b 1986) appointed Crown Prince of Fujairah 8/1/2007 married Feb 2009 HH Sheikah Latifa, daughter of Sheikh Mohammed, Ruler of Dubai (16/6/1989 ) children HH Sheikh Hamad b 29/12/2009 Sheikha Aisha b 2/11/2011 Sheikh Rashid (b 1987) Head of the Media Department of Fujairah and head of the Tennis Association of Fujairah. Completed university studies with a Masters Degree from the British American College in London. It´s a bit funny that the closer the Al-Nahyans are to the Al-Qasimis, the closer the Al-Maktoum and Al-Sharqi families get...:whistling:
