I thought she had children of her own and their were twins. A boy and a girl. She didn't have children of her own???... Would anyone know why we don't see her in public like her siblings and why do we not see news on her doing royal duties. You see the the brothers and their families and so often you hear about her Twin ?? I appreciate anything on her....

Princess Zein has a biological son named Jaafar, a biological daugter named Joumana, as well as an adopted daughter (I couldn't find any information about her, not even her name, although one site reffered to her as Salma).

salma 07-31-2007 06:02 PM

Yes Claudia, Zein have two biological kids: twins Ja´afar and Joumana, and adopted Tahani Al Shawan:flowers:

Veram98 07-31-2007 06:08 PM

The name of her adopted daughter is Tahani al-Shahwan.
She and her husband are proprietors of the Royal Jaafar Stud in Amman

Royal Jaafar Stud, Amman Jordan, HRH Princess Zein bint Husain and Majdi Al Salah

They have dedicated their program to producing the highest quality Arabian horses. The stud has owned and bred national as well as international champions.
PZein is also president of the Jordan Society for the Protection of Animals.

Yes, it is.
Princess Aisha and her husband divorced at the end of the last year, or at the begining of 2007.

Does anybody know the name of Prince Mohammed´s adopted daughter?:ermm:

acdc1 08-01-2007 11:13 AM

Do twins run in the family? Because Princess Muna had twins, Prince Feisal's wife had twins, and I think someone else did as well.

HMTLove23 08-01-2007 04:07 PM

the other set of twins were of Princess Sumaya, daughter of former Crown Prince Hassan. Tariq and Zein were born in 1994.

Veram98 08-01-2007 04:12 PM

Princess Ghida had twins, too (also a boy and a girl, named Muhammad and Rajaa, born in 2001; she is married to Prince Talal, elder son of KHussein's other brother Prince Muhammad).

acdc1 08-01-2007 04:25 PM

Yes, I would certainly say that twins run in the family!:flowers:

Alia and Noor were/are both Queens, but Munia wasn't. Why? Maybe, because she had no arabian people in her family?

It is about 2 dutch vets who work solely for 500 royal horses that are never ridden, the just exist to be beautiful. A solarium is now being built for them to keep their coat thick in the winter.

I enquired about the article you mention and the Dutch vets Lucas and Lidwien . They are apparently given to exaggeration of facts-there are no studs in Jordan that contain even 200 horses-never mind 500 horses, and the Royal studs do not have horses purely to "Look beautiful", but use their horses as do any breeders the world over. As for a solarium- I believe the idea would be to keep coats THIN in winter -(they get thick anyway, in the winter)however it is more likely, IF there is indeed one being built anywhere, to encourage breeding mares to start cycling earlier in the year from light on their backs-in Europe, the same is achieved by artificial lighting in their boxes. The article you quoted caused some amusement and some irritation in Jordan as it is inaccurate on other matters as well as the one you mentioned . Don't believe all you read!

 Thats weird. I think it's just someone making thing up bcause i think we know it's not true. Also kinda sounds like Prince hashem, becaus some catagories for the article is under his name...

HMTLove23 12-11-2007 07:28 PM

I dont think that is right, cause King hussein and Queen noor only have 4 children Hamzah, Hashem, Rayiah, and Iman. I dont know who he is.

Avalon 12-12-2007 03:47 AM

This article is made up. Apart fom King Hussein and Queen Noor never having a son named Asem, Prince William and Prince Harry didn't study in the Wetherby school, and there is no Bhutanese Princess Dechen Yangzom Wangchuck either.
