The Hesse-Cassel Connection

Good afternoon......
I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on something for me....
I remember reading somewhere that Princess Mary Adelaide of Teck (nee' Cambridge) and HM Queen Alexandra were related.... I know Queen Alexandra's mother was a Hesse-Kassel (as well as being closely related to the Danish royal famliy) and Princess Mary Adelaide's mother - the Duchess of Cambridge - was a Hesse-Kassel, too.
I love putting together the genealogical puzzle of the "older" Royal Family.
And on that note... Princess Mary Adelaide's sister, the Grand Duchess of Mecklenburg-Strelitz -married her 1st cousin... was "Fritz" of Mecklenburg-Strelitz in the Hesse-Kassel clan too??
Thanks so much!
