on the question of the black armbands buddy !!....if one looks very close both the king of spain and bulgaria are wearing the armbands......i second guess the rest of them are also wearing them. but with them wearing dark tunics, the armbands may not be showing up
.
btw in my book collection i have better reproduction of this photo and i can just make out some of the others wearing the armbands !!
