I don't think that at this age the Queen is strutting around in a bathing suit but she may wear some other kind of swimming attire.
If we do see pics they'll probably be the Queen at a much younger age and not very many of them. The press back then wasn't as relentless as they are in this day & age.
I've seen pics of princess margaret on her island of mystique in a bathing suit, so there may be pics somewhere out there of Queen Elizabeth II in her swim wear.

She would wear a swimsuit just like those of all the women of her age, so a quite normal one, not a Victorian swimsuit or other strange things.

We'd have a picture only if she has ever swum in the sea, but I don't even know if she ever did.
I think it's possible she still swims at Buckingham Palace, Windsor Castle or wherever she could have a swimmingpool; in any case there aren't pictures because these are private places.
I saw too a picture of her swimming at 13.

The paparazzi cannot picture Her Majesty The Queen swimming because she only swims in Her Majesty's private pool at Buckingham Palace
The Queen Elizabeth loves to swim, but in recent years Her Majesty has gradually stopped swimming and she now even allows staff to swim in the Royal Pools at Buckingham Palace and Windsor Castle

There is the photos of Queen Margrethe. You can't see her swimsuit but she is in a swimming pool.. :)
