I don't always think MM is the most elegant or beautiful of the princesses in her gala wear (she never seems to pull it off like Letizia or Mary- she looks nice, but IMO, she never seems to get it quite as dead on fabulous) But in these blue dresses, she looks the part. All she needs are is a beautiful tiara. Maybe QEII would let her borrow the Brazilian aquamarine parure (I know, I know, it's not going to happen, but I could always hope).

I reallylike the blue dress of Princess Victoria!
Blue suits her alot!
In general: I don't know, but IMO light blue dresses look much better on women with dark hair.

Dark Blue looks also good combined with light hair.

the first picture posted by mims111 of Princess Diana in the blue dress is one of the most beautiful dresses ever worn by any royal lady. the cut, the work on it looks superb. she carried it off very well.

I'd have to agree. Some shades of color's do look better on dark hair women
