The Pale Blue chiffon dress at another event (probably around the early 90's) :

Thanks you dazzling, although the full credit goes to TheTruth, who has found the pictures and the sources. I've just put everything together.

The other gown I thought was fantastic was the one exactly like the one Grace Kelly wore in 'To Catch a Theif' white chiffon strapless 'greek goddess' floor length gown with a chifon scarf at the throat. I cant remember where Diana wore it, but it was one of my very favorites.

Here's a pic just for the fans of the pale blue chiffon gown (and according to the results, you are many) so they can see the back of the dress: 343.jpg - Image - Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

I'll have to go with the pale blue chiffon dress too. My second favorite is the black velvet gown.

Princess Diana burgundy gown
Princess Diana's burgundy gown lot 32 in Christies catalog. The gown has pearls outlining the low cut bodice and shoulder straps. Does anyone know when this dress was worn? The Hamilton Collection has listed this dress on the Diana figurine #9 but there is no information about when she wore it.

My favorite Diana dress was the black Azagury gown she wore to her last evening event on her birthday in 1997 with the emeralds- she looked so modern and beautiful with green of the emeralds contrasting with the black of the gown. It was such a simple and very sexy gown.

Some time I saw the costumes on display in Kensington Palace. I always was very noble.
My always favorite black dress costume (Her engagement dress).
It ranks first in the list, I vote for the costume. This is the first dress costume for the day William was pregnant.

I voted for the blue evening gown she wore in NY.I found it exceptional and very fashion-forward for 1995!
