I'd probably say somebody like Caroline, she may not be as beautiful as her mother, but she's always been elegant and known how to hold herself. Princess Margaret always looked the picture of elegance, particularly in her youth. Mathilde usually looks incredibly dignified as well. Alexandra of Denmark is another who looks effortlessly elegant, particularly in her gala dresses.

Out of the younger Royals I think Princess Iman can be incredibly regal and seems to hold herself quite well.
