I think Maxima took of the flower from here hat and puts it on the jacket when she went to her visit to Afrika this year.

Recycling this jacket.. first wearing it when they attend the Association Femmes Europe Gala Concert at the Royal Coin Theatre on October 28, 2004 in Brussels, Belgium.
And the second time when they United Nations gala honoring the Unsung Heroes of Poverty November 8, 2005 in New York City
