The answer, from my general knowledge, is no. Yet, there are exceptions like Japan and Korea. And a number of Asia's royal families do have Chinese blood. But, as a general rule Asian royal families have not intermarried as the nobility do in Europe.

Family Tree of China's Current Royal Family

CHINA

The last Chinese Royal Family to actually rule China was the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644). Their family surname is Chun. During the ending portion of the Ming Dynasty, China coming out of 162 years of foreign rule of China by Mongolians, China's Imperial or Royal Court made a decision to continue China's official Han-Chinese succession, rather than to accept Manchurian rule of China.

In the 1610s to 1620s, marriage alliances were forged between the Chun clan and the Chow clan of China to strengthen the Ming Dynasty. When the dynasty fell to foreign conquest by Manchurians, Court installed CHOU Shun Cheong as its official emperor, as a reward to the Chou Dynasty for their support of the Ming Dynasty, and continued China's Han-Chinese Imperial mandate. 1644 to 2010.

The royal family of China is then not Manchurian, but of Han-Chinese ancestry.

Isn't it true though that many Chinese emperors were the sons of concubines of whatever rank or status.

Yes. It's my understanding that one or two wives were the official wife and consort and that the others were called 'concubines' or something like it but a wife.
