it's been noticed before, you can find about it in this thread:http://www.theroyalforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=4449hania said:did no one notice that Mathilde and Letizia was similar?
Yes, you're right. The tiara is upside down (I wonder if that scandalized the royals ). While there is something to be said for her huzpah and originality, it's still an ugly gown, at least to me, anyway. I have to admit, that's one look that I would dare anyone to duplicate!ladybelline said:According to Point de Vue, Laura Ponte had chosen a wedding gown which looked like the 1920's fashion. That's also why she worn her tiara upside down( yes, look carefully at the pictures!), to stay in these years' theme.
I had read somewhere (sorry forget the source) Dior had to cut several meters of this gown before the wedding ceremony. It is because of soraya could not carry the gown easily (its very heavy). Once, I watched their wedding documentary in TV...Soraya has to pull hard the gown in every step she made, she walked like a robot because of it.cute_girl said:ex-Queen Soraya's wedding dress made by Dior was a real mess
I wouldn't smile either if I was wearing that dress!Danielle said:More pics of Laura Ponte. She didn't appear to smile too much.
Ha ha The dress isn't that bad, but could you imagine what Beltran was thinking as she walked down the aisle?irishchic5 said:I wouldn't smile either if I was wearing that dress!
Is it Princess Alexandra of Denmark,Princess Alexandra of Berleburg or Princess Alexandra of England you are talking about?hania said:H guys,i just wanted to know what u guys thought of Princess Alexander dress and hair.
I lovede her dress and her hair. I think that her dress was asieninspired and i just lovede it.SpiffyBallerina said:I think Princess Alexandra of Denmark didn't look so great. Her hair was EVERYWHERE and her dress looked all rumpled. I think we should give her a break though -it WAS the mid-1990's.
