1950's: 1960's: 1970's: 1980's: Lady Diana and Prince Charles, Great Britian Sarah Ferguson and Prince Andrew, Great Britian 1990's: Marie Chantal Miller and Prince Pavlos, Greece Laurentien Birkhost and Prince Constinjin, Netherlands 2000': Claire Coombs and Prince Laurent, Belgium Mabel Wisse Schmidt and Prince Johan Frisco, Netherlands Maxima Zorrguntia and Crown Prince Willem Alexander, Netherlands Letizia and Crown Prince Felipe, Spain Mary Donaldson and Crown Prince Frederick of Denmark What else is there?

I´m sorry to correct you and I hope it is okay.
Laurentien and Constantijn didn´t marry in the 90ies but in 2001. 1950: Prince Rainier and Grace Kelly 1960: (I´m not sure: Princess Margaret) 1970: Princess Anne and Mark Philipps(as the first child of the Queen) 2000´s: Mette-Marit and Haakon

I don´t think that all these weddings are major events.They may had a lot of attention in their countries but really big I would say are only the Crown Princes weddings.????
 But one more of the "less attention" weddings: 2002: Märtha Louise and Ari Behn

Yes I also said that I think the major weddings are The weddings of the Crown Princes. But then I realized that it was more like a summary of all royal weddings and there I missed Märtha´s wedding.
So I´m very sorry when I confused some posters..:o

You can't forget Princess Caroline of Monaco's several weddings...
She married some guy can't remember his name in the 1980s and her second marriage was to Stephano Casiraghi also in the 1980s and in i think 1995 she married Prince Ernst of Hannover
