A COMPLETELY WEIRD story.


King Rama X has been in Germany, Bavaria again. While cycling 2 German boys (13 & 14 years old) were hidden behind a tree and "attacked" him with Soft Air Pump Guns. They "hit" him (softly) in the back. The king stayed calm and did not start any investigation against the boys. However it seems the Bavarian Justice was not that calm and is starting an investigation against dangerous body harm.

I assume, the boys only wanted to make a joke and surely did not know, WHOM they had attacked in their childish game. On the other hand -- in case this may have happened in Thailand, they may have been arrested for ages :/

Well, the King is wise not to make a fuss about a boyish prank, this is Germany, nothing would come out of it.

Isn't that disturbing that the future King of Thailand does not speak his people's language good enough to write a short note in it? The King's family life is truly a mess and he is rather unfortunate person for the job, BTW. Considering all his excesses...
 
So you're assuming that the prince is more fluent in German than Thai just because he didn't write a note in the latter?

And how do you know he does not speak Thai? You ever have talked to him personally? You know both King Ananda and King Bhumibol spoke fluent French, went to a Swiss school and raised as a Swiss right? Was that a problem too?

Her four brothers live in the U.S. with their wives and children, don't they?
 
Is she still undertaking royal activities? IIRC her family was arrested and she isn't seeing her son but according to the doctors she has to refrain from royal activities? I thought she hadn't done any for a long time because of their separation (not sure about a formal divorce - especially since she is still considered a princess).

You mix her with his third wife Sirasmi. Princess Soamsavali was his first wife and was given a special Princess Title after her divorce. She has seen since taken always taken part in Royal Evetns and did royal duties . For example at the Cremation Ceremony of King Bhumibol last year seated with the King's sisters.
 
And Priness Soamsavali had a daughter, not a son.

Trivia: Princess Soamsawali, after a divorce from King Vajiralongkorn, received new royal title from King Bhumibol and has been known as Phravararajatinuddamat (Thai: พระวรราชาทินัดดามาตุ) meaning "The Princess Mother of the King's First Grandchild" since then.
