Picture of the Month - November 2006
Welcome to November's Picture of the Month poll!
So that we can keep the Picture of the Month poll in compliance with the recent rule changes regarding the sharing of copyrighted photos here at The Royal Forums, this month's candidates for Picture of the Month are presented to you in the form of weblinks. We hope your enthusiasm for the polls will remain at its customary exuberance. To view the photos, click on the links.
This month, our Picture of the Month representatives had help in selecting their images with a small committee of their choosing. Below, you can see each royal house's representative (in bold) followed by their chosen committee members.
Belgium: Danielle - Dennism, Adry
Britain: ysbel - Avalon, Warren
Brunei: Humera - Warren
Denmark: soCal girl – Lasse Pedersen, Mandy, norwegianne
Japan: mandyy - kei893265, merampo
Jordan: Humera - Little_star
Luxembourg: suturegeisha - drimal
Monaco: tbhrc - Ianna, Michelle, Iceflower
Morocco: Humera – Warren
Norway: Her_Majesty - purple_platinum, KikkiB
Spain: - LaChicaMadrilena - Elsa M., Anna_R
Sweden: MoonlightRhapsody - purple_platinum, Lena
The Netherlands: The Watcher - Marengo, Maxie
The poll will be open for three weeks. It will close on December 23. During these three weeks, we ask that no one state whom they've voted for so as not to influence other members as they make their choices. For the final week of the month, you can discuss as much as you'd like about which image you voted for and why.
Please note that the links in the above poll have been posted in the order in which they were received and do not reflect the opinions of the moderating team.

Well...I'm very sure of my vote, as usual. And I must be grateful to the people who post so excellent photographies.

In the Monaco photo is that Princess Caroline or is it Princess Stephanie? It looks more like Stephanie to me.

That is the first time I have ever seen such a strong resemblence between the two sisters.
What made me think it was not Caroline was because she does not have a wedding ring on her left hand. But of course the Germans wear wedding rings on the right hand don't they?
Anyway thank you anna for your response

My favourite picture won.
Prince Christian really won my heart! He's too adorable! He looked so interested in the nature and he looks like a curious little boy!
I also like the picture from Japan! Aiko's dress is so cute!
Thanks for the beautiful pictures!
(Will there be something like a Picture of the Year? Where you can vote your favourite picture from all the months? So always the most liked picture of each month or something? That would be interesting, wouldn't it???)

We are planning a 2006 Picture of the Year Poll to be held later in January where members can vote for the best of the 12 winning pictures from 2006.
First, we have to get through the December Picture of the Month Poll which will be posted January 7th.
We also believe they will be very interesting and enjoyable polls!
Good luck to everyone on both polls!
