I think most of the other POM Reps had similar problems because the other Royal Families had their summer break, too.

That is a very beautiful photo of Haakon and MM there I am just wondering why this is chosen for Spain, I've seen a lot more beautiful photos of this dinner than this one where you can see clearly see the King & Queen. In this one, I can only see half the face of King Juan Carlos & the body of Queen Sofia

There are committee's who choose the pictures. If you look at the first post in the poll it gives a list of who is on each committee. If you have an interest in joining a committee you can take a look at this announcement or PM Empress, Mandy & myself.

I'm really glad Dubai won this month. It's nice to see a non-European Royalty wining the poll.
Congratulations to the winner!

I thought the Norway picture was rather special, it was among the top favourites for me, if not the favourite.

Great Dubai won this month ! It was, no doubt, the best picture.

I can't understand why Spain got this far. The picture is watermarked and you can't see the most important persons in the family well. There were many good pictures of that Dinner, I don't quite understand why exactly this one was chosen

I certainly don't mean to offend anyone from the Spanish picture comitee - I'm just speaking my mind.

I voted for Dubai too, I couldn't resist

I was also wondering why that particular picture was chosen to represent Spain?

I voted for Dubai as well. I thought it was an irresistable picture, it shows a wonderfully playful side of Princess Haya that I've always suspected she possesses.
Didnt think Spain and Norway would tie for second place, I personally thought that the latter was the more interesting picture. That puts Jordan in third place for the second time.
This was an exciting poll to watch. I dont like polls where the winners are apparent right away.
