As far as i remember princess Letizia never attended any WEF in Jordan. Maybe in Switzerland.

I don't recall Letizia ever attending. Crown Princess Mary and Crown Princess Mette-Marit do attend.

‘Jordan preparing to host World Economic Forum in May’

AMMAN — At the World Economic Forum (WEF) on the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), slated for May 19-21 at the Dead Sea, decision makers are expected to discuss means to support Jordan in shouldering the refugee burden and working towards regional peace and stability, according to a senior official.

Speaking at the WEF meeting in Davos, which opened on January 17 and concluded on Friday, Planning and International Cooperation Minister Imad Fakhoury on Friday said preparations are under way for hosting the meeting on the eastern shores of the Dead Sea.

King receives WEF President

Amman, May 18 (Petra) -- His Majesty King Abdullah II on Thursday received President of the World Economic Forum (WEF) Professor Klaus Schwab and his spouse and discussed the cooperation and partnership relations between Jordan and the forum.

WEF kicks off tomorrow

His Majesty King Abdullah II will officially inaugurate the forum on Saturday, the minister said, adding that HRH Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah will deliver a keynote address at the event.

World Economic Forum officially kicks off in the Dead Sea on April 6

The World Economic Forum on the Middle East and North Africa (WEF) is set to enable dialogue about several regional challenges with the theme of an Arab fourth industrial revolution.

The forum, kicking off on Saturday in Jordan’s Dead Sea region, will convene over 1,000 key leaders from government, business, and civil society, attempting to enable collaboration on the most pressing challenges facing the Arab World.
