Queen Rania/princess Haya Vs. Noor

If you look around this site, you see photos of Haya and Rania together, smiling and laughing. Haya routinely donates her mother's tiara to Rania. They enjoy a close perhaps conspiratorial relationship. And I don't mean it's necessarily planned. But Rania isn't a huge fan of Noor, neither is Haya. One, as daughter in law and one as adopted daughter joined together and Haya's comments about QN have gone from 1997's bio of KH by Roland Dallas "she was great; she made sure our lives were normal and she was a wonderful mother" to not contributing to QN's book, making some derogatory comments and seemingly having little contact with Noor. The relationship seems to have triangulated with Rania at the tip since KH's death. After doing a lot of reading and seeing things posted here, it occured to me these ladies have joined together to ensure QN feels even more unwanted.....Yes, it's speculation but, if Haya thought Noor was once a great mom, she certainly now seems to have aligned with Rania and ignores Noor.....What changed? Any thoughts? Or am I making too much of this?

Also, whatever happened to KH's plane? Did Abdullah take it over or was it replaced? Just curious.

I've seen a pic from Corbis where Rania is talking to Haya and it looked as if she were saying something pretty mean. It was from the coronation of King Abdullah. It's probably in one of the threads...

Well, it has been said that haya used to be really rude to her, and not help her financially when she needed the money.She also caused some fights between haya and the brothers.By the way, did anyone relize rania's face when haya married Mo ?? She looked really upset? let me guess why...coz haya will have more power and more $$$$ than rania.

I wouldn't continue to let her use it at this pont either. Rania has been around long enough to have her own elaborate tiara. Perhaps, if she spent a bit less on couture, she could have had a jeweler come up with something. Did she think that she could keep borrowing it forever!

I think - she may not have contributed to Noor's book because at the time she too was writing a book on her Father..

There are pictures where Haya and Rania are laughing and seem really chummy.. I think Rania thought Queen Alia's tiara somehow belonged to her - as if it were her destiny to own it.. It's a gorgeous tiara - as are the matching earrings - even if a jeweler were to design one for Rania - there's something about Queen Alia's tiara that really makes it one of the most beautiful in the world.. so I can understand her wanting to use it with her gowns..
Rania always seems to be chummy for the cameras.. but to me it seems like she's always - even as princess - was lurking in the background..
As far as them conspiring against Noor.. I think when the king was alive - he was the glue that held them together.. in many ways he kept everything civil.. when he died - everyone had to make their own way within the family.. I think Rania is intimidated, even jealous of Noor.. I think Haya was hurt and is probably angry at Noor for what she may have felt was Noor's trying to edge her and her siblings out of the picture so the family would be Noor and her kids.. They are probably both cold to her.... but not necessarily teaming up...
Also - I didn't see Haya and Rania all friendly at Hamzah's wedding... it seems that at that wedding KA, QR, their family and KA mom and her kids, grandkids were all front and center - while everyone else was in the back or out to the side.... I didn't see Abeer.. was she even there?
At Haya's wedding - Rania was smiling and Haya beamed.. Abdullah surely saw the money signs and so did Rania.. so it's doubtful they worried about what power Haya will have now.. especially because they may have figured Haya would be just another one of Mo's wives and they would benefit through his money and connections through Haya..

But getting back to the topic - Rania doesn't look very nice and from the stories about Haya - it sounds Haya can be a bit**.. when she wants to....

Princess Haya's description of her mom on her own site has stated that Queen Noor's projects were started by Alia - not Noor.. and she talks about what her Mom saw as Queen's duties and behavior - and none of it sounded like Rania..

Ali - had Q Alia been alive he would be king right now.. but with the situation - had he been more prepared and if he'd been manipulative and cunning - he'd be King right now... Somehow it always seemed like he was born to be king - who his Mom was and his Dad and also because he was the King's favorite for so long.... perhaps this is another problem with Noor and Haya - perhaps Haya, who loves Ali very much - felt Noor was pushing Ali to the side in order to make Hamzah the King's favorite..

Will Haya even be using the tiara as Mrs. Mo #4,5 whatever wife number she is?

I really dont think you can speculate whether someone's being in pictures to another person, the whole thing is quite subjective. I have seen Rania and Haya laughing and talking in so many pictures.

See? This is why this is such a great site. You learn something all the time. My theory seems to be wrong. Perhaps Haya and Rania are just too narcissistic young women who put on a good act for the cameras.....I thought the tiara was a loan; if Rania keeps it, that would be horrible but it would also defeat her constant comment about how "it would have been too extravagant to buy a new tiara when there were so many in the family already....." See? This lady knows where to cut costs!

BTW, how is their new home coming along? A jordanian reporter said it was huge, lavish, full of marble and almost garish. But that was the last I heard.

Like the ol' "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" theory? I don't really know, but I think both QR and P. Haya are both too immature and narcissistic to work cohesively together with anyone, let alone with each other. But it is true that they both seem to have it in for QN.

All women can be bi***es when the need arises It would have been interesting to see Ali be king, if Alia had still been living. I couldn't imagine it though. I wonder what kind of King he would have made? Too bad we shall never know. As far as the tiara, it doesn't matter who Haya's married to, the tiara belong to her mother so it's only right that she have it regardless if she wears it or not. Or, she could give it to Ali so that Rym can wear it. :flower:

Off course not. I dont think any of them have one, except his official wife hind. In the gulg countries, women dont wear tiara's, so haya wont have to worry about that. They just wear them on there wedding day. The tiara might be their mothers that she wore to her own wedding, and it could be a gift from her parents or husband. Haya cant borrow anything not even jewles from hind or the other wifes. But i will be reffering to hind, coz she is the only wife Mo is really in love with.
By the way, i think haya isnt going after Mo's culture etc. So i think the tiara would still be shared between rania and haya. :P

I've never seen Haya as being narcissistic. I would've thought this way of Rania but I'm beginning to think otherwise as time goes on.

At the end of the day, they're all theories based on gossip and speculation. I dont get how people waste so much time on passing judgements on family/marital relationships of total strangers.
Its one thing being a royal watcher and another being totally obsessed with it.

I couldn't agree more. I try to constantly use the word "if" because that leaves room for doubt, but you're right, most of it is probably sheer speculation and my favorite, rumors. However, you can't ignore that some is founded on facts. That's why I try to deal with factual information, and allow the rumors to be just what they are. I think most people on here know that alot of it is just rumors and speculation, but I'm not so sure about others... :flower:
