There have been a rumor few years ago after King Hussein's death,that a Gulfie powerful man wanted to take her as a wife,but her kids and the Jordanian palace didn't agree,that's why they removed from her some of her official duties.

I also think that guy might be a friend or more intimate,but she won't marry him,it's too complicated,as she converted to Islam,and she can't marry a non-Muslim,and even a Muslim,her kids woul agree?

like princess Feryal,who is dating publicly an American/Israeli billionnaire,but didn't marry him,because she will loose her title if she does.

I didn't know that princess feryal does. I guess it's really great!

I think QN's kids want their mother to be happy..., and if she really would fall again in love with a man, at least they would accept.
look at Prince william and harry, they also accepted camilla after years (and this is by far harder to accept for kids I guess)
but at the moment I think, QN feels so blessed, she seems happy with her life and having dinner with intelectual friends and so on...
many women don't remarry after losing their husband by death.

Queen Noor was on CNN around the time of the Pope's visit to Turkey.
Unfortunately I only caught the last few seconds of the interview.
I managed to find an article briefly mentioning what she was talking about:

"She also spoke about how the Western media chose not to highlight the peace letter signed by 38 prominent Islamic scholars with regard to the Pope’s recent controversial speech. She said, “About 38 scholars from across the world were ignored by the Western media.” Khaleej Times

Btw, she looked absolutely wonderful! she was wearing her signature turquoise jewellery.

I have seen it and it was very short, she talked only about 5 minutes... but I agree, she looked beautiful!

We have no proves that Queen Noor has done any kind of plastic surgery.
If you wishe to talk about it, you must back up your comments with evidence. Otherwise it is considered a speculation/rumour, which is not accepted here.

We have a Royals having plastic surgery thread, where you can discuss the presumale plastic surgeries of different Royals but Queen Noor Current events thread is not place to discuss unfounded information like this.

I agree with you. It would probably be too complicated for her to marry this man as he is a non-muslim, unless he was willing to convert. I personally would love to see her get married though. But somehow i don't see that happening. She has often said in interviews that she will never marry again. Time will tell...

I read that QN is dating a Greek- American millionaire, his name is George.... can't remember the surname. The source is 1 of the last " CHI" Italian mags.

His name is George Soros. He's a Hungarian-Jewish immigrant to the US; recently divorced. Extremely wealthy and powerful man. His trading in various currencies and futures almost decimated one country's financial markets in the 90s; I think it was Finland. He bankrolled much of the opposition to President Bush in the last election through his Moveon.org organization, which is now being investigated for violating US election law.
