Questions about Princess Noor Hamzah and her family

Does anyone know if Princess Firouzeh the ex-wive of Prince Assem Abu Bakar bin Naif, the mother of Princess Noor Hamzah, has remarried?

I know that she was Her Royal Highness from her marriage to Prince Assem in 1974 and remained Her Royal Highness after their divorce in 1985. I cannot find any information to explain why she ceased to bear the personal style of Her Royal Highness in May 2004 the very same month of her daughter's zifaf with Prince Hamzah.

I thought maybe it was because she remarried but Princess Dina remained HRH after her remarriage.

She was born in Iran, yes.

But, I'm pretty sure that didn't have anything to do with why she lost her personal style of Royal Highness.

has anyone pix of Firouzeh with Noor Hamzah as a kid and as a young girl,( I believe she met Hamzah back in about 2001, when and where ?)- well, I know this is the thread of her mother, but maybe someone has a pic of Firouzeh with her kids, when she was still in Jordan or maybe when she and her kids went to live in Spain.

Did Princess Firouzeh and Princess Sarah attend the wedding? I don't recall seeing them mentioned anywhere.

H.R.H Prince Asem Bin Nayef:
Prince Asem "Abu Baker" bin Nayef (Arabic: ‎ الأمير عاصم بن نايف) was born in Alexandria, Egypt on April 27, 1948. He is the son of Prince Nayef bin Abdullah I (a younger son of Abdullah I of Jordan) and Princess Mihrimah Sultan Osmanoğlu (granddaughter of Sultan Mohammad Rashad of Turkey). He is the 42nd generation direct descendant of Muhammad. [1]

Education

Prince Asem completed his high school education at Millfield School in Somerset, England. He earned his university degree in interior architecture in England of 1972.

Professional career

After university, Prince Asem worked for several years in Spain with a leading architectural firm to gain experience. In 1974, he returned to Amman where he started his own architectural business, in addition to importing and exporting furniture and accessories.
Between 1994 and 1996, he taught Interior Design at Petra University. In 1993, he established a security company named Al-Saher for Security. In addition, he established the Jordan Vision Company for Telecommunication. He is the President of both companies.
His hobbies include horse back riding, scuba diving and reading.

• President of SPANA (Society for the Protection of Animals Abroad).
• Representative and Agent of several Chinese companies

Prince Asem was married to Firouzeh Vokhshouri,(divorced in 1985). He has three daughters :

• Princes Yasmine (born June 30, 1975)
• Princess Sarah (born August 12, 1978)
• Princess Noor (born October 6, 1982), married to Prince Hamzah bin Al Hussein

He married his current wife, Princess Sana Asem, on January 6, 1986. He also has three children with her:

• Princess Salha (born June 14, 1987)
• Princess Nejla (born May 9, 1988)
• Prince Nayef (born January 22, 1998)

Thank you so much for the photos. They are brilliant! I was Yassi's nanny in the early 80s. The last time I saw her was 10 years ago. Her grandmother Aghdas doesn't look any different than she did 25 years ago!!!

Question: how do you become a nanny of a princess?

It was a long time ago and I had just finished university. I went to Amman as nanny to the three sons of Shariff Zeid Hussain. It didnt work out and I was about to come home when they asked if I would step in temporarily to look after Sarah and Yassi. I ended up staying for two years!

Who is Shariff Zaid hussein ?

I only have one picture of Yassi and Sarah with me at present. It is taken in Aqaba and Yassi is standing behind Sarah. I will post others later. Yassi is 5yrs here and Sarah is 2yrs Prince Asem had a home by the Red Sea.

Shariff Zaid was the son of Princess Maqboula and had three sons Hassan, Ali and Abdullah.

Prince Asem's family were really lovely and I thoroughly enjoyed my time with them. There are so many great times that I remember. One of them was when Queen Noor came to the home to have a private fashion show put on by Balenciaga. She was very bubbly and friendly. There were two beautiful models changing in Princess Firouzeh's bedroom and clothes were strewn everywhere.

When there was a birthday party all the children would come with their nannies and I remember Prince Hamzah was one of them I left before Princess Noor was born.

Princess Firouzeh was a talented interior designer and used to travel to Spain and Italy regularly to find pieces for her projects.

Princess Yasmin was fiercely independent and very intelligent even at such an early age and when I saw her fifteen years later she had grown into a beautiful woman. She was studying environmental studies in America and a real credit to her parents.

Princess Sarah was only four when I left and she was very sweet and loveable. Unfortunately Sarah was in Madrid when I went back to visit but I understand that she too is very successful.
