H.R.H. Prince Asem “Abu Bakr” Bin Nayef


Born in Alexandria – Egypt on the 27th of April 1948 to H.R.H. Prince Nayef Bin Abdullah I and H.RH Princess Mihrimah Sultan grand daughter of Sultan Mohammad Rashad of Turkey.

H.R.H. Prince Asem is the 42nd generation direct descendent of the Prophet Mohammad (Peace be upon him). He completed his high school education at Millfield School in Sommerset - England.
1972 Prince Asem got his university degree from England in Interior Architecture.
1972-1974 he worked in Spain with a leading architectural firm to gain experience
1974 he returned to Amman where he started his own business in this field, in addition importing and exporting furniture and accessories.
1994-1996 teaching at Petra University Interior Design, at the same time started different field of business such as establishing Security Company (guards and computerized system) name “Al-Saher for Security), which was established in 1993
In addition, he established “Jordan Vision Company for Telecommunication”.
H.R.H is the President of both companies.


Activities:
1. Vice President of the Royal Jordanian Equestrian Federation
2. President of the Society for the Protection of Animal – SPANA
3. Representing and Agent of several Chinese Companies.

Horse Back Riding, Scuba Diving, Reading



H.R.H. Prince Asem is married to H.R.H. Princess Sana Asem, they have three children:
H.R.H Princess Salha bint Asem
H.R.H. Princess Nejla bint Asem
H.R.H Prince Nayef bin Asem

From his previous marriage he has also three children:
H.R.H. Princess Yasmine bint Asem
H.R.H Princess Sarah bint Asem
H.R.H. Princess Noor bint Asem married to H.R.H. Prince Hamzeh bin Al- Hussien
