:previous:I have an innocent question or inquiry after this photos (I hope not to misunderstand Italian posters here). If and when the monarchy in Italy return this man supposed to be the king; (Although I think that neither he believes)

As it is explained far and wide in this thread, the succession is disputed.
On a side are those who point out that the marriage of Emanuele Filiberto's parents in 1970 violated the laws of the House of Savoy and therefore both Vittorio Emanuele and his descendants (included Emanuele Filiberto) are excluded from the succession.
On the other side are those who claim that, since King Umberto II never said officially anything the marriage of his son, Vittorio Emanuele never lost his succession rights and therefore, in case of a restoration, he would become the King and, after him, his son Emanuele Filiberto.
But this dispute has, concretely, more to do with the Headship of the Royal House and the management of the dynastic orders rather than with the very remote chance of a restoration.

So right now there is no one Headship of the Royal House?

On the contrary, there are currently two claimants to the Headship of the House of Savoy: Vittorio Emanuele on a side and his cousin Prince Amedeo, Duke of Aosta, on the other side.
Anyway, most likely the problem will be solved by the passing of the time: when Vittorio Emanuele and Emanuele Filiberto will die, the only male members of the House of Savoy will be the descendants of Prince Amedeo and the succession will in any case pass to the Aosta branch (since the succession in the House of Savoy is ruled by the Salic law).

Unless Prince Vittorio Emanuele or Prince Emanuele Filiberto do a 'michaelist coup' by unilaterally changing the succession à la King Michael of Romania, the headship of the House will indeed finally end in the Savoia-Aosta branch of the Italian royal family.

Line of succession, assuming that Prince Vittorio Emanuele indeed is the head of the House:

1 Prince Emanuele Filiberto di Savoia
1972, son of Prince Vittorio Emanuele di Savoia
and of Marina Doria Ricolfi

- Princess Vittoria di Savoia
2003, daughter of Prince Emanuele Filiberto di Savoia
and of Clotilde Courau

- Princess Luisa di Savoia
2006, daughter of Prince Emanuele Filiberto di Savoia
and of Clotilde Courau

2 Prince Amedeo di Savoia-Aosta, 5th Duke of Aosta
1943, son of Prince Aimone di Savoia-Aosta, 4th Duke of Aosta
and of Princess Irene of Greece and Denmark

- Princess Bianca di Savoia-Aosta, Countess Arrivabene Valenti Gonzaga
1966, daughter of Prince Amedeo di Savoia-Aosta, 5th Duke of Aosta
and of Princess Claude d'Orléans, Princess of France

3 Prince Aimone di Savoia-Aosta
1967, son of Prince Amedeo di Savoia-Aosta, 5th Duke of Aosta
and of Princess Claude d'Orléans, Princess of France

4 Prince Umberto di Savoia-Aosta
2009, son of Prince Aimone di Savoia-Aosta
and of Princess Olga of Greece

5 Prince Amedeo di Savoia-Aosta
2011, son of Prince Aimone di Savoia-Aosta
and of Princess Olga of Greece

- Princess Isabella di Savoia-Aosta
2012, daughter of Prince Aimone di Savoia-Aosta
and of Princess Olga of Greece

- Princess Mafalda di Savoia-Aosta, Baroness Lombardo di San Chirico formerly Princess Ruffo di Calabria-Santapau
1969, daughter of Prince Amedeo di Savoia-Aosta, 5th Duke of Aosta
and of Princess Claude d'Orléans, Princess of France

Will the last Prince l tittle his 2 daughters as did the Duke of Castro?

He is Principe di Savoia. His relatives from the other branch are Principe/Principessa di Savoia-Aosta. The title "Prince of Italy" is not used, I thought.

During the Monarchy, there was in use the title of Royal Prince(ss) of Italy, in accordance with the Royal Decree about the titles of the members of the Royal Family. The decree provided that the children of the King and of the Crown Prince (whose title in Italian was "Principe Reale Ereditario") had the title of Royal Prince(ss) of Italy and Prince of Savoy, with the style of Royal Highness.

From The Telegraph

The grandson of Italy's last king has launched a new business selling pasta from a food truck on the streets of Los Angeles.

Emanuele Filiberto, 44, is the only male heir of Italy's exiled king, Umberto II, who was forced to resign when the country became a Republic after World War II.

He decided to start his business, named “The Prince of Venice” after what would be his own title, when he saw how popular food trucks were on the streets in California.

“I came to Los Angeles six months ago for an event and I realized there were various Mexican and Asian food trucks around, “ the prince told Italian magazine, Chi, in an interview.

“I thought ‘why don’t I try it?’ With a food truck with fresh Italian pasta that is loved around the world.”

The “Prince of Venice” - a title which is not recognized by the Italian government - is splashed across the side of his food truck which is also painted in the royal blue colours of the House of Savoy, which ruled Italy from 1861.
