There is this guy running around calling himself "HIH PRince Stephie Pahlavi Zan of Iran" and I would like to know if anyoe knows anything about him.

Persons have privacy rights on the internet and that is why certain
information cannot be divulged. In discussion forums there are critics
and there are supporters whom assert their opinions as well.
I believe it is not quite polite to publicly make unwarranted
assumptions in regards to established well-known online community
members. Specially when online forums are subject to certain policies.
If ever there are so-called "claims,frauds,scams,..." there should
be unbiased evidence of such actions. Nevertheless, there are cases
where another person defames a person's character with the sole
purpose of malicious intent and had been held accountable in
court for libel instead.

It is evident that in nowadays gossip of celebrities and royalties what
is assumed can ever be far from the truth. It is just an adaptation of
a person's negative thoughts. I have had the pleasant opportunity of
currently being a connection and also several years member of Sir.
Stephie Pahlavi Zan's groups. His presence in the overall online community
has demonstrated his cordial participation and generous, noble personality.
He is not seeking self-entitlements but rather he represents what is
dear to him or what he wishes to educate the public more about.
He upholds what he believes in and like the many online members,
he equally participates.

human-made. Thus, there is an extreme chance that persons' surnames
imply that: the persons might be blood-related, connected ancestry,
non-related, linked by marriage, name change or addition, and so forth.
It is legal if it is not classified as identity theft, if it is being used in
good faith, or if it is not illegal under a country's law. Therefore, the
person holds no liability if no rules are broken.

Throughout history, there has been wide speculations about people but
what is more valuable than gold or titles is how a person helps others
and their society. It is not what a person is worth but what they helpfully
contribute. Their decision to choose from right or wrong and to make the
world a better place.

But does this person claim to be late Shah's son??? He might be a nefew, or a 2nd or 3rd cousin, we do not know. It is not impossible.
According to wikipedia, this is the list of children of Reza Shah (father of Reza Pahlavi), all Pahlavis, in total 11 siblings. This person might come from one of them.
