First of all, the GRF all look very tan, like they spent an day or two out in the sun. Secondly, I'm not a fan of everybody so casually dressed. Well I guess it's the guys more than the girls. Just looks sloppy!
Thirdly, Thanks for the clock link! The wedding will take place at 11 am my time which means I may get some viewing time in on the computer.
And lastly, those photos of the Princesses trying to climb from one boat into a larger one? Take your shoes off! I would've never attempted that in heels! Plus it porbably isn't good for the decks of the boats.

Must be a very hot evening in Greece. Thanks for the world time clock link which means it will be 2am my time. say la vie! Wacthing the you tube video in the background one of the boats was bobbing up a down quite a bit which would have made it difficult for the guests disembarking.

Actually it wasn't very hot like the last couple of weeks and today the temperatures will be normal for this time of season. I think around 33 C.

Personally I like the informal cocktail pre-wedding party, all of them seems to be really casual and relaxed. Love the oufits of the greek and spainish family, they all seems to be the best match to the dress code that night. I had a feeling that some guests showed a little bit overdressed or maybe not match to the dress code, like Maxiama and Mary.

Great pictures so far. What a surprise to see Lady Ella among the young royals. A very nice surprise.

I liked it how summery relaxed everyone is dressed (apart from Mary and Maxima). I look very much forward to the wedding pictures today. :flowers:

I read the article and it mentions a few things for the ceremony. The dress will be DVF , silk and embroidered at hand and she will also have a train. It is heard that she will arrive at the church in a carriage drawn by two white horses. The wedding rings will be by Kessaris and they will have the couple;s initials and the date egraved on and Kessaris will also make the wedding crowns which will be silver ( I guess that rules out the golden crowns traditionally used by the GRF) and the bonbonieres. They will use pink and lilac orchids and roses for decoration. The gift that the couple will give to their best men will be cufflinks with the couples initials on and a turquoise and wooden stone for luck.

Thanks for all the pictures, it's nice to see everyone casual and relaxed. I really liked the outfits, even Mary's and Maxima's but I agree they were a bit overdressed for such an occasion.

The only thing that really bothered me was the "host", or how to call her, in the video posted. It was incredibly clumsy how she jumped on the spanish royals when they arrived to the party.

Star channel news is considered a gossip and Life and style report rather a serious channel for news. So their reporters don't know a thing about protocol but we are lucky they are giving a report of the wedding because i have not seen any mention by the other greek channels.
