Princely Palais Liechtenstein in Vienna

I am not sure if this the right thread to post this but the ballett scenes of this year's New Year Concert were filmed in the Princely Town Palais Liechtenstein in Vienna which is still in possession of Prince Hans-Adam II. of Liechtenstein.
So if anybody is interested in the interior of the Palais you can see (at least a little bit of) it's splendor here on youtube.

1.) Waltz by Joseph Lanner - The Romantics

2.) Pizzicati by Leo Delibes - Sylvia

A side note: The spectacular costumes of the dancers were made by Vivienne Westwood.

Do the princeply family has apartament in the palace? Is there their home when they are on Vienna?
And it's open to visits?

There are two parts to the Palais Liechtenstein, one is the Garden Palace which is located in Alsergrund and the City Palace which is located in Bankgasse. There used to be a museum in both locations which had to close due to the Anschluss in 1938, though the museum reopened in 2004 but that too had to close due to low visitor numbers in 2011. You can still visit the palace however and there are special events and guided tours. You may find their website useful:

The Princely Family still own the palace but I'm not 100% sure if they regularly use it.

The Prince and Princess as well as other family members use the Stadtpalais as their place to stay whenever they visit Vienna.

The Gartenpalais does not have any apartments so nobody can live there.

Both palaces feature parts of the family's fabulous art collection and are very worth visiting. The Stadtpalais is open twice a month, the Gartenpalais once IIRC.

The youngest brother of Queen Máxima had his lavish wedding in the Palais Liechtenstein, so I assume it is available for events.

Yes, both the Stadtpalais and the Gartenpalais Liechtenstein, in Vienna, can be hired for private events.

The Liechtenstein Princely Palais is regarded as Vienna's first important building of High Baroque.
