Yes that's Prince Muhammad, the Sultan's brother in the middle, and next to him is his wife Princess Zariah, who is also Queen Saleha's sister.
Thanks Humera!

KB's right royal tribute

Thousands of people made a spectacular scene in their festive best at the Padang Bandaran Kuala Belait yesterday morning to pay tribute to His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam who visited them in conjunction with the 60th Royal Birthday Celebrations. Belait was the third district to host the get-together ceremony with His Majesty.
Hundreds of school children waved flags along Jalan Maulana welcoming His Majesty and members of the royal family, as they arrived at the Padang. Brunei Online

Sarah is the Belle of the Ball here. Love the chocolate brown colour on her. It's nice to see her in plain colour designs rather than just flowery patterns.

Princess Azrinaz has started covering her hair, as I predicted she would after she got her royal title. She's now dressing like Raja Isteri..

Yes Sarah does look lovely. I like seeing her every once in a while in something more elegant and understated.

About the style of Azrinaz's hijab, I think it might have something to do with the fact that the RBAF banquet was held in a religious atmosphere, as mentioned in the article below (second last paragraph).

RBAF hosts royal birthday banquet
His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, Supreme Commander of Royal Brunei Armed Forces last night consented to grace the RBAF royal banquet in conjunction with His Majesty's 60th Birthday celebration, at the Chancellor Hall of Universiti Brunei Darussalam.
The royal banquet was also graced by Her Majesty Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha and HRH Pengiran Isteri Azrinaz Mazhar. His Majesty, Her Majesty and HRH were greeted on arrival by the Deputy Minister of Defence, Pehin Datu Singamanteri Col (Rtd) Dato Seri Paduka Hj Mohamad Yasmin Hj Umar. Borneo Bulletin

Princess Azrinaz’s kebaya looks a bit too tight for comfort.

Society responsible for upkeep of environment

The maintenance, cleanliness and beauty of the environment is the responsibility of everyone in society, said Her Majesty Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hjh Saleha as she delivered a titah yesterday at the "Cleanliness and Landscape Competition" and "Live Flower Show" at The Rizqun International Hotel, The Mall, Gadong. Her Majesty also consented to officiate the event, which was held in conjunction with His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam's 60th birthday celebrations. Borneo Bulletin

Royal Affair at grand Concert Dirgahayu Emas

It was a grand Concert Dirgahayu Emas especially staged for His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam in celebration of his 60th birthday at the Jerudong Amphitheatre last night
. . .

His Majesty's grandson, YAM Pengiran Anak Abdul Raqiib, was also on the stage. Guests had the honour of seeing performances by His Majesty's grand-daughters, YAM Pg Anak Raheemah Sanaul Bolkiah and YAM Pengiran Anak Hariisah Widadul Bolqiah, making the night a special and memorable one.

During their performances, YAM Pg Anak Raheemah recited a "Sajak Dirgahayu", while her younger sister, YAM Pg Anak Hariisah belted out "Tomorrow" and "The Greatest Love of All". Borneo Bulletin

The pictures of the sultan with his grandkids are quite cute. Princess Rashidah's children already seem to be quite actively involved in public events.
