Wonder what's holding back the announcement. Now already mid-May and if the wedding is to be in Jun, it's seems a bit late with the announcement.

Thot Brunei royal wedding celebration usual start weeks before the actual wedding?

Congrats! I think that weddings and baby birth are keeping alive these boards! The two seems to be very young, and both are also beatiful and seems to be lively . Hope they will be happy in their married life.

Yes, she's Queen Saleha 3rd daughter and I think she's either 30 or 31 years old.

He is Awangku Khairul Khalil and a very friendly, down to earth person.

Wedding preliminaries and rituals, including the engagement, begin June 1st and last until June 15th.

hey people.. ive been seacrhing for the announcemnt on e royal engagement...but cant seem to find any.. has there been an announcement yet?....

The couple look lovely.. absolutely dashing!! Wish them all the best in married life.. May Allah bless them and their family.. Anybody knows what Awangku Khairul Khalil works as?..

He's not working any longer. Previously he was a reporter at the now defunct News Express newspaper; and worked Asean EC Management Centre, then under the PM Office.

There's no announcement of any engagement perhaps because they're not yet engaged.

He is still working in the Prime Minister's Office

hrm.. is she 30 yet? isnt she younger? Coz in the royal family.. the first daughter is princess rashidah.. princess Muta .. n then C.Prince.. she should be yonuger than cp if im not wrong..

This coming friday, 1st June 2007 marks the start of the royal wedding. Like other royal weddings here, this one has been out of the papers, no official announcements until the wedding starts. Here is how the wedding invitation looks like.
