i really like Bhutan traditional clothes, they are so pretty specially for women! (althought i dislike the men's boots)
Queen Jetsun Pema is grogeous in that picture, thanks, and hopefully one day i can see them in a state dinner on a foreign country, i really want to see her in a gala gown and perhaps a tiara, if not, it would be nice just a beautiful hairdoo and nice jewels^^

My favorite photo has got to be of the king touching the elderly lady under the chin. What an endearing gesture. It's obvious the king is fulfilling his mission with enthusiasm and great warmth.

ive been quite intereted about bhutan for awhile now, is it dificult to go there by plane? i mean, i live in Portugal, its far and maybe its too expensive. i want to go there and maybe as the King meets his own people i might get a glimpse of him^^

The King and Queen of Bhutan are on a week-long State Visit to India.
The King will be the Chief Guest at India's Republic Day Parade on 26th Jan 2013.
Nicolas Sarkozy was the Chief Guest at R-Day parade last year.
