Yes the whole family does seem rather close. They also seem rather close to their cousins, but they aren't photographed with them often.

Hmmm...can you say fake tanning! There is no way she is naturally that tan.

Unless it is her tan from summer. Remember the pics of her at her 50th birthday party? She was quite tan then. I bet a tan can last from summer into fall.
I wouldn't know for sure though, I peel like an onion after being out in the sun! :(
