Sorry but this corbis link doesn't work.:) Therefore I will re-post the pictures of the 50th birthday of Princess Marie Astrid in February 2004 on which I have changed a bit the lightness.:)

Where do Marie-Astrid and her family live and what do she and her husband do? They don't seem to perform very many royal duties or any at all, so they aren't very active royals. Does she have a job?

Thanks for the pics drimal! ^__^ i don't really like the suit Marie-christine is wearing...i don't think it is very flattering on her and the black stockings make it worse...the peach colour isn't really nice and the cut of her suit is too much like the suits old women wear....anyhow i shouldn't be so picky ^___^ it's great to see pics of her family though ^__^

How come the second one is in black and white? You don't see too many of those since color photos.

Each nation was only allowed to have 5 guests maximum at the Pope's funeral, so it's unlikely MA and her family were among the 5 selected by Luxembourg's government.

They do appear to be a devoted couple. I hope for their sakes they are as loving in private as they appear to be in public.
