Maria-Annunziata is the either the Italian or the German form of the French name Maria-Annunciata, if I'm not mistaken.

I've noticed that Hola! does it a lot. Queen Elizabeth II is always referred to as Reina Isabella II, but the French or German magazines still refer to her as Queen Elizabeth II. They refer to Crown Prince Frederik as Principe Frederico yet Crown Princess Mary is Principe Mary.

Maria Annunciata is in the black dress, and Marie Astrid is in the peach/pink dress.
