The car in which Prince Guillaume and Princess Sibilla were gravely injured.

Prince Guillaume fell into a coma and Princess Sibilla broke her leg. The brake was bad enough to require screws in Princess Sibilla's leg.

Back in September 2000, Prince Guillaume and Princess Sibilla were driving in France (I think it was France) and they were gravely injured in a car crash. Prince Guillaume suffered from cranial traumatism and fell into a coma. Princess Sibilla suffered a broken leg but required screws in it for the leg to heal properly. The man who hit them had high blood alcohol levels. Grand Duke Jean's abdication ceremony had to be postponed for several days because of the concern for Prince Guillaume's health.
