are there several events they attend

It spans about three days. There are a couple of parades. There are fireworks. Vendors open up shops in little booths. There is also some sort of church cerimony. But it is not religous. It was GDess Charlotte's birthday.

No, it is still the 23.06 and it will be like this for many years. The birthday of the Grand Duke is the 16.04!
