Delighted by Tessy. I don't like these rules about Stephanie not being yet present. I think that when the engagement is official she should be present... next year of course !

In all fairness to Stephanie, I don't think she refused to attend the National Day Events or anything.

I think the Grand Ducal Court is calling the shots, and if they wanted her there she would been there.

They know how much buzz this wedding is attracting and they know people are curious about Gui's fiancee...but they have still decided to adhere strictly to tradition and keep her away from official events until she is Hereditary Grand Duchess.

That's just the way they roll in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

I'm always impressed at the wonderful show Luxembourg puts on on National Day for such a relatively small country, and the family looks so nice together.

I think it's fine for Stephanie not to attend until she is the Hereditary Grand Duchess. Maybe she may appear at one or two small-scale events just before the engagement as the Duchess of Cambridge did just before her wedding.
