I don't know! But I read in a magazine that Joséphine-Charlotte did.
But I didn't know Henri and Maria Teresa were hunting.
I was surprised when I saw this picture.

hunting is still "modern". there are members of my family that still hunt and they enjoy it thouroughly, although i don't participate myself. people in the developing world and in the developed world still hunt and i don't think there's anything wrong with it as long as ppl eat what they kill instead of killing the animal for sport. i think that's what henri and j-c did( killed animals for food) b/c i remember reading somewhere that in luxembourg, venison is a popular item of food.

Bah! I'm feeling disturbed like gaggles... While I can accept Henri hunting, I find it unseemly for MT to be doing the same - she's such a kind-hearted and motherly person that I just can't think of her killing (or at the very least watching her husband kill) living creatures. :disillusionment:

But she doesn't act like Henri's slave or anything.

of course not. she was probably being nice...hehehe. they both obviously adore each other. hence, she probably didn't mind at all.

She doesn't seem like the type that would hunt.

Look at that dog sitting next to MT, it looks like a bear!
The Luxes are so photogenic, they should have their own TV series!

It looks like it's maybe a Newfoundland dog. I love those dogs.

Yes, a Newfoundland-thanks HRHHermione!
The late Bobby Kennedy had one that looked exactly like that...his name was Brumus and RFK used to bring Brumus to work with him at the Justice Dept. when he was Attorney General. Brumus would scare the bejeezus out of people!
