150th Anniversary of the Treaty of London Celebrations: May 11, 2017

On a joint engagement William has to take the lead because he is the royal. Kate is just the spouse. William is going to greeted first, etc. It's the same with the Queen and Philip, Philip doesn't take the lead during the engagement.
And on some engagements where William is the "tag along" to Kate's patronages she has at times been the one leading. So I think the default is William first, because of him being the royal. But at times it has been Kate first and Kate leading, because it was her patronage.

It was great to see the photos and videos from the trip, thank you to everyone who provided them for us.
Catherine is, once again, a natural with children. It was cute to hear her anecdote about George and Charlotte learning how to ride (a skill I never managed to master due to a medical condition, and I'm gutted about that!). It was also really nice to see Catherine with the Luxembourg royals. I hope she does more foreign visits in the near future.
