I just had a look around the FashionThread and I didn't find a Thread about Queen Sonja's Gala Gowns.
So I'll just start one.
I think Sonja wears stunning and very beautiful dresses. :)

Mmmmm ... She's my absolutely favourite queen . But I have to say that I don't like Queen Sonja's gowns at all : too much colour most of the time, not very flattering for her, too much of everything in fact ...

even if it's no Galadress, I love this outfit:

The first picture was taken on May 23, 2002 on the eve of Märtha Louise's and Ari Behn's wedding. Sonja wore the mint green dress at the concert that evening.
