Aspen Institute: July 21, 2008 - from this picture we can just make out that the skirt is a repeat from May 2, 2007 (NBC's Today show) and May 15, 2007 (3rd Petra conference of Nobel Laureates)

It certainly looks that way doesn't it? I hadn't seen that picture from Zeitgeist before. Thanks salma.
btw..the hairstyle is the same from both events, so is the necklace. I wonder if the BBC interview was conducted while Rania was in Britain for Zeitgeist.

Yes I think the interview took place in Britian. The dress look's very pretty

I am not keen on these last tops worn by Her Majesty. The soft pastel colours do not become her very well. The funky top looked somewhat ill-fitted ... in my personal opinion.

I like the jacket, but I don't like the whole outfit. I would love to see Rania in a jordanien dress for visits like this.

After viewing some of the recent photos, I can see why the Queen wears pants to many of her events. She's sitting on the ground or kneeling with a group of infants...very practical and youthful.
