Unfotunately in the most recent examples I only know about the Dolce & Gabbana coat.

2001 - Part 1

January - State visit to Austria
Rania wore 5 different coats during that visit. It must've been very cold

The first/blue coat is from Celine


Rania wore this red coat on top of the beige one.
