yes this Graeme Black jacket is a repeat, worn first during an official visit by the Salvadorian president:
May 17, 2007

Rania also has this jacket in brown. She wore it with the same skirt from May 17 during an official visit to Hungary:

good catch asturiana, Queen Rania wore this casual black skirt over a year ago on at least two occasions:
July 4, 2006
and
September 25, 2006

I like the skirt, its light and flirty, i'd love to see Rania wear something similar but more colourful.

Top & skirt together with another belt would have looked very pretty. The jacket is a lovely piece but i dont like the jacket with the outfit. Do you know who designed the jcket?

I really like this style of coat and it's a gorgeous piece but as Rania demonstrates when worn normally they end up looking quite scruffy. Having your sleeves sticking out underneath just doesn't look right when wearing a coat.
