I think I've seen it before too, with matching jewels if I remember rightly. ;) It is beautiful indeed and the colour suits her a lot!

she looks very elegant the wite coat and black top seem a nice combination.
 
I don't particularly like Queen Noor in white but this is a very nice well-tailored coat. Black and white is elegant indeed, so well done!
 
It is boring indeed, though decent and neat. Queen Noor can fascinate us with turquoise, nothing can be compared to her turquoise outfits and thoubs! ;)

Beautiful caftan, but I wonder why she always wear them ??
 
Yes xavi is the same coat. QN also wore it in Germany, 2003.

The purse is nice (QR has one similar) and I love her shoes.

Oh, not sure about that outfit. Not bad, I could imagine that it looked better "in real", velvet doesn't photograph that well or at least in pictures it doesn't look that flattering.
 
Both outfits are such a disappointment. Unflattering colors and fabric. The black shoes look all out of shape and the gladiator things are just ugly. HM can do so much better.
 
not keen with the outfit too.
the cut of the jackt is not my cup of tea withouth even mention how Unflattering the fabric is.

She always wear this one and the other one which is the light orange. Wondering why she always wear them ??
 
the Abaya looks wonderful on Queen Noor,i am loving the cut and the embroidery on sleeves and the front of the dress.
 
She looks great with the abaya, it suits her perfectly. Elegant :D
